A second-floor buy-and-sell shop two minutes from Koenji's south exit, on Pal shopping street. Over 5,000 pieces, from no-brand and fast fashion up to designer, with a vintage section mixed in. It is the counterweight to Koenji's import shops, where American vintage often costs two or three times its US tag.
Reviewers come away with leather jackets and streetwear at low prices; shoes are the thin category. Expect resale, not European ready-to-wear. It is open 12 to 10 every day, later than almost everything else on the street, and tax-free, so it works as the last stop of a Koenji day.
